Ongoing Reporting to Securityholders

It is RCL’s policy to provide timely and accurate information to all stakeholders, including securityholders and regulators. Under the terms of the Stapling Deed, the Company and the Responsible Entity are obliged to notify and co-operate with each other in relation to the Stapled Securities, exchange relevant information and co-ordinate the release of announcements to ASX and financial reporting.

Securityholders will receive an annual report. These reports will keep securityholders informed of RCL’s performance and operations. Further, each of the Trust and the Company is a disclosing entity and will therefore be subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations. Copies of any documents relating to RCL lodged with ASIC may be obtained from, or inspected at, an ASIC office.

RCL is committed to providing securityholders with ready access to information relating to their investment in RCL and in this regard, RCL’s website provides access to the following information and services which may be of interest to securityholders:

  • all RCL announcements and media releases promptly following their release;
  • copies of full year and interim RCL financial reports;
  • summaries of Board and committee charters and relevant corporate governance policies;
  • RCL registry details including a facility for Securityholders to amend their particulars;
  • a copy of the Offer Document; and
  • other relevant information provided by RCL from time to time.

Newsletters may be sent to securityholders from time to time.
