Senior Executives

RCL Group employs a number of senior executives and ensures that they hold the requisite financial, management and operating skills and are focused on consolidating RCL's future growth potential through its investment strategy.

David Wightman
Chief Executive Officer

David was a senior executive within the Australian real estate group at Babcock & Brown, having joined in 2000, and has been involved in RCL Group Limited from its inception. At Babcock & Brown David specialised in residential development transactions.

Prior to joining Babcock & Brown, David worked for the ANZ Bank for more than 12 years in a variety of roles, including property & construction finance, risk management and restructuring.

David holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants.

Stuart Pauly
Chief Financial Officer

Stuart Pauly holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Tasmania and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia. Stuart joined Babcock & Brown in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer of Babcock & Brown Residential Land Partners. Stuart has over ten years’ financial management experience, having held a number of senior finance roles. During this time there was a focus on a number of disciplines including corporate reporting, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, strategy and audit. Most recently Stuart held the position of General Manager Finance for AGL Energy Limited.
