Risk Management Policy  

The Boards have approved a Risk Management Policy for RCL. This policy specifies that the senior management team of RCL is responsible for ensuring that systems, procedures and controls are in place so that the risks of RCL are managed effectively. The Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee will monitor compliance with this policy.
